Important

There were some important changes in Czech immigation law at the beginning of 2011. The changes make it more complicated for the owner of a Czech company to prove that they live and work here. It is not possible to have an SRO and a business visa, when the SRO generates no income. If you visa is linked to being the owner of an SRO you will need to show that the SRO genrates enough income to suport the person on a business visa.
