People from certain countries can stay in Schengen 90 days in 180 days without a visa. Once you go over 90 days you become ILLEGAL in the Czech Republic and Schengen zone.

If you wish to stay here or work here you must to apply for a visa BEFORE your 90 days are used up.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Just because you do not need a visa does not mean that you do not have to obey other relevant laws. If you stay in the Czech Republic you must register your stay with the foreign police within 3 days of arrival. This law does apply to you. Especially if you wish to make ANY kind of visa/work permit application during you stay here in the Czech Republic.

Citizens of the following countries do not require a visa for the Czech Republic for stays less than 90 days.
